After an exciting month, the World Cup in Qatar has officially ended. The most awaited soccer competition ended with the greatest happy ending, the triumph of Lionel Messi and the victory of the third title in history for Argentina.

For the PSG star it is the greatest happy ending, the conclusion of the only title that was missing in his incredible career. The final in Doha ended with an extraordinary challenge between Argentina and France, a match with rich twists and an encounter that seemed endless.

Argentina took the lead in the first half thanks to goals from Messi and Juventus forward Angel Di Maria. Just when the challenge seemed over, ten minutes from the end, the FranceĀ equalized the score with a brace from the other PSG star, Kylian MbappĆ©, unleashed with great shots and a challenge that thus lasted.

During extra time, the French national team seemed more charged while the Argentine national team seemed to be in trouble, yet still Messi changed the match and signed the 3 to 2 in the second extra time.

On penalty Mbappe evened the scores again, signing the final on penalties. Argentina obtained the third triumph with goalkeeper Emiliano Martinez protagonist on penalties, the mistakes of Kingsly Coman and Aurelian Tchouameni were decisive. Messi was thus able to celebrate success, for a triumph that seals his extraordinary career.

Even the tennis champion Roger Federer, legend of this sport and winner of 20 Grand Slam titles, has published a post on Instagram to celebrate the success of the Argentina national team and specifically celebrate Lionel Messi.
