The Poles pushed past a pair of Czechs on Thursday in Prague.
Magda Linette and Magdalena Frech will play the first all-Polish final in WTA Open Era history in Prague.
The pair of Poles denied Laura Samson and top-seeded Linda Noskova on Thursday to reach the final on the red clay at the Livesport Prague Open.
Linette edged Noskova in a grueling battle, 6-3, 3-6, 7-6(2) in two hours and 46-minutes, converting her seventh point to seal the victory.

Frech was first to go through. She took out 16-year-old sensation Samson, advancing when the first-time semifinalist bowed out with a left thigh injury while trailing. Frech scored the 3-6, 6-0, 4-2 RET victory.
Samson, the current junior No.3 who was making her WTA main draw debut, became the youngest player to reach the semifinals on her WTA debut since Donna Vekic in 2012 this week in Prague.
57th-ranked Frech has won four consecutive three-setters to reach the final. She will bid for her maiden WTA title against two-time WTA titlist Linette.
