Emma Raducanu loses it after realizing she unknowingly swore in Italian (WATCH)

British tennis star Emma Raducanu had a hilarious moment during an interview with SuperTennis TV as she absolutely lost if after realizing she had sworn in Italian on camera.

Toward the end of the interview with Raducanu, SuperTennis TV host asked Raducanu if she knew any Italian words.

Raducanu said the word in Italian and the host let out a surprised gasp.

Raducanu immediately realized she might have said something inappropriate and asked the host: “Is that a bad word?”

The host answered to Raducanu by stating “a little bit,” to which Raducanu reacted:  “My friend taught me that word. Cut that one. What does it mean?”

The host told Raducanu she would tell her the meaning of the word after the interview and Raducanu then burst into laugh.

When translated to English, it means “what the f—.”

Raducanu set to play her Rome opener on Tuesday

Raducanu, seeded at No. 10, was handed a tough opener in Rome as she is set to face former world No. 4 Bianca Andreescu in the first round.

Andreescu is now ranked at No. 90 in the world but she kicked off her 2022 season just recently.

Andreescu is still one of the most talented players on the WTA Tour and Raducanu definitely didn’t have much luck with the draw as facing such a tough opponent in the first round is never an ideal scenario.

However, Raducanu has proved this clay season that she is capable of playing well on clay and she will certainly have her chances versus Andreescu.

Raducanu and Andreescu don’t know much about each other as they are set to clash for the first time.

Ahead of their meeting, Raducanu spoke highly of Andreescu and revealed she followed the Canadian’s run to the 2019 US Open title.

On the other side, Andreescu dropped couple of nice words about Raducanu and said it was her wish to get a chance to play the Briton.
