20-time Grand Slam champion Roger Federer has announced his signature shoe “Roger Pro” is now available for purchase by general consumers.
Ahead of his much-anticipated comeback in 2021, Federer was spotted training in an as yet unseen a pair of sneakers.
Not seeing Federer in his preffered Nike shoes was a bit odd and later it was revealed the shoes were designed in a collaboration with Swiss running brand On.
Federer debuted in Roger Pro in Doha and rocked the shoes in each of the five tournaments he played last year.
Last year, Roger Pro was released in limited quantities but now they are available to the masses.
Federer, a former world No. 1, said he and On “spent a long time perfecting it.”
“Super excited to hit the market in bigger numbers with the Roger Pro. We have spent a long time perfecting it,” Federer tweeted.

Earlier this week, Federer posted a picture from a gym workout.
The Swiss, who underwent a knee surgery last August, captioned his gym photo: “Rehab is rocking.”
Federer, a record eight-time Wimbledon champion, releases annual report every year.
In his annual report for 2021, Federer confirmed his journey as a professional tennis player isn’t over.
“After many month of battling injury, my return to the tour in March, after my first operation, highlighted and energized me to continue my tennis career. I’m grateful for every minute I was able to spend with my fans and tennis family on court. My experience in Doha illustrated to me that my journey as an elite athlete isn’t over yet. The progress I make every day strengthens my belief that I will be healthy and strong enough to return to the tennis court at the highest level,” Federer wrote in his annual report.
